This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on project management experience in a major international bank and will give the right candidate the chance to develop into more senior Project Management roles. Salary depends on experience.
The Project Management Support team is responsible for the following roles and responsibilities:
Document management (e.g. meeting agenda, minutes, presentation preparation)
Tracking and monitoring adherence to project controls and governance
Assistance in the production of project reporting to Senior Management
Coordination with internal and external client groups and vendors
Ongoing support and assistance to the Project Director and the Project team
Meeting arrangement, room scheduling and management of team calendars

Experience of working in the Finance and Banking sector, ideally Investment Banking.
Excellent bilingual communication and report writing skills (Native level Japanese, and Business level English required)
Broad understanding and familiarity of IT system and IT technical vocabulary
Good administration skills and the ability to work independently
Basic level understanding of IT (Infrastructure in particular (server, network, Internet, Email, etc)
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong sense of personal responsibility and integrity
Self-motivated, flexible and innovative
